"Stirring up the Past" cookbook is a collection of historical recipes that have been handed from one generation to the next in Butts County, GA. Before the white man came, the Native Americans inhabited the area and a number of their recipes are included, as wel as recipes from the Cornell Family, who were connected with the elegant Elder Hotel in Indian Springs. Most of the recipes have been collected from the people, who love to cook, in Butts County and surrounding areas.
