One of the goals of our local Chamber of Commerce Foundation is leadership development. For many years, Leadership Butts County has been preparing individuals who are interested in Butts County and its future, by equipping them with the skills necessary to take an active role in our community. We have offered the program for many years and feel it is one of the most rewarding experiences.

Class members are selected through a nomination process, with nominations coming from graduates of past Leadership Programs, Chamber Members, Employers, Elected Officials and Members of the Community. Please contact us by phone, fax, email or letter with the completed nomination form. This is an enormous opportunity for citizens to learn leadership skills, get to know each other and become more aware of our community and its resources.

When evaluating your nominee(s), please be cognizant of the levels of knowledge, dedication, action and commitment required for this class. We need those that upon completion of this class will be prepared to take a leadership role in our community.
